Question / Help Computer Freezes When I Try To Record With OBS

I am rather new to the OBS program, so I need some help with this serious problem. I tried recording Mount & Blade with OBS as a test. It was going smoothly until my computer froze and crashed. I recorded video previously, and it actually went well. The only thing that I changed since my first successful recording was the file extension (From .flv to .mov). Can I please get some help?
Here is my log:

What specifically are you trying to capture that requires you to use display capture?

Sounds like you may have more major issues going on than just obs.
Could you post the session log from that attempt?
