Question / Help Computer Crashes But Specs Should Be Good

Hey guys! Sorry if it's frowned upon to immediately post a thread asking for help but I figured this would be the place to go for this kind of thing.

So here's the deal, my computer will crash anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 minutes after starting streaming for no apparent reason. I've tried streaming Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm recently and neither of them seem to work. What's interesting about this, though, is that I've streamed Starcraft 2: Legacy of the Void before on max settings with no issues. Although, that was months ago when the game first came out and this is my first time testing a stream since.

System specs:
AMD FX-8350
Msi Radeon r9 390X (primary card)
XFX 8770 (secondary card used only for second monitor)
12gb RAM

I'm also using a Logitech c930 as my webcam.

I was using HW monitor to watch the heat of everything but it all seems to stay under 80 for the most part (occasionally goes to like 83). Soooo I'm clueless. Is this on my end?

Edit: I should add that I went through the recommended settings for OBS on the website and was using those.

Show us your OBS log file?

A tool called "BlueScreenView" might show some hints on the cause of computer crash.

One more thing to ask, what Power Supply Unit (PSU) is in your computer?

80 is high for a CPU, a GPU it would be borderline but not out of range. FX 83XX series max out between 62-68C on the IHS but not all programs read them correctly.

post your logfile:

Thanks for the replies! Here are my last 4 log files (where I tried to stream and had it crash):

As far as PSU is concerned, I'm using an EVGA 850 B2.
you should downscale to 1280x720 (1.5 downscale) in the video tab. also enable aero (uncheck disable aero).

set fps to 30 and change bitrate to 2500.

lower your webcam resolution to 1280x720 as well.

This isn't completely your issue, it looks like your computer is either throttling or locking up.

Note that running OBS will stress all components and put temps to their max. Ensure your cooling solution with FX 83XX series is really good otherwise you'll run into issues.

Also, if you overclock, make sure it is 100% stable and again cool your CPU!

I was really hoping to not sacrifice any quality here. Nuts.

Do you think if I just got a better cooling system for my CPU I'd be able to stream at full 1080?

You need to be more specific about what a "crash" is. Freeze? Reset? Blue screen?

Update: So I just did a test run with the settings that were recommended here (except 3500 bitrate instead because my internet is plenty good) and everything went relatively smoothly. No crash, which is ideal. Here is the log for that: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/c84f2ec1bf2cb3537f12

Is there anything I can do or should try out now though to improve the quality of the stream?
three things.

1 your internet upload has nothing to do with the fact that over 2500 bitrate some viewers will buffer. this isn't anything under your control unless your partnered or over 100 viewers which then trancoding will kick in. at that time, you can then use a much higher bitrate because your less viewers will buffer.

2. enable aero (uncheck disable aero in the video tab of OBS) aero us used as a more efficient way to capture windows. without this you will duplicate more frames than necessary.

3. don't stream over wireless. get a wired connection. wireless is not always a steady flow due to sharing bandwidth with other devices on your network. simply a person walking by at the wrong angle can cause your stream to stall momentarily.
