Question / Help Computer crash, OBS scenes & global gone

I restarted my computer twice to make sure but all my scenes and global sources are gone.

Since OBS doesn't have a scene saving feature like Xsplit, am I screwed?

OBS saves layout information in %appdata%\OBS\scenes.xconfig. You can make copies and backups of that file to save your layout, or save different layouts.

If that file doesn't have your stuff in it, then I'm afraid it's gone.

I clicked on the Open Config folder and saw a file with that name in appdata>roaming>obs and it was empty.

That file being wiped by a crash of the computer when it has been there for weeks doesn't sound right.

If only I could designate that file/folder to be a Google drive sync folder but I don't think there is a way. I would have to keep manually dragging it to my Google drive folder.
