Hello,
My computer can't handle running Minecraft and even having OBS open at the same time. I'm not even recording and it lags and freezes.
This is my PC specs:

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 540M @ 2.53GHz
Arrandale 32nm Technology
RAM
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 531MHz (7-7-7-20)
Motherboard
Hewlett-Packard 7008 (CPU 1)
Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1280x800@60Hz)
DELL E177FP (1280x1024@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics (HP)
Storage
149GB FUJITSU MHZ2160BH G2 (SATA)
Can't upgrade anything as I don't have any money!
