Comprehensive Stopwatch & Countdown Timer help

Found and installed the Comprehensive Stopwatch & Countdown Timer only to find out it shows up in video which was not what I wanted. Is there anyway to use it with it showing up in the video?

i have not used the script but if i read it correctly the timer/stopwatch it a text source in your scene... open the properties of the text source and adjust the Opacity slider to the left (0%).

sorry, no. i don't use the script, the information i have about it is limited to what i read on their page. but if you set the opacity to 0% it should no longer be visible in the video.

Getting that stop watch off the video that was recorded.

once the video is recorded there is no way to remove it.

Right, well I know that I'm talking about inside a video editor or such.

if you don't want the timer to appear in future videos then you can turn down the opacity of the text source that it uses to display the timer/stopwatch. i am unclear what function the script provides, but if your goal is to still have it run but not be visible in future videos it appears that is the best solution, but again, i don't use this script, just offering my best idea based on the information i learned reading their page.

i imagine that there is a way to remove it from the final video using some other video editing software such as after effects but i have no idea where to even begin to advise you to start with that.
