Hello,
I have a
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
16 GB DDR3 RAM
AMD FX-8350
Nvidia (Zotac) 1060 6GB
I am trying to stream games on Twitch, however my CPU is quite old and is not powerful enough.
Without OBS I get 60 FPS on games with 50% usage on the CPU.
But when I stream using OBS, the processor usage goes up by 50% and games start lagging at 20 to 40 FPS.
I am streaming at
Encoder: NVENC H.264
CBR
1080p 60 FPS
6000 Bitrate
Preset: Default
Profile: main
Level: auto
Use Two-Pass Encoding
GPU: 0
B-frames: 2
I know 'NVENC H.264' is Nvidia's encoder and will use my GPU but still my framerate is dropping by a littlebit even though my GPU is being used only at around 70% by the game.
Please suggest me a few tweaks.
