I am used to include files, while making online videos for reference to whole world. These files tell viewers in details about my intention & subject or topic to interact with them. These specifically, include already worked upon files having various types of informations on MS office or Drawings or whatever else software. I failed to find any procedure that indicates or direct about management pertinent such files loading or logging. Certain times, files are seen loaded, while other times it fails. Many attempts are required to load such files for starting streaming, but it feel upset often.
My recent video is on URL

I don't know for sure, but I suspect the issue is less OBS Studio and instead your computer/Operating System ... ie RAM usage, etc.

In OBS Studio, you have an option with Media to "Close file when inactive" that can help (but also has other impacts/effects, so be sure to test thoroughly in advance) - see https://obsproject.com/kb/media-sources

What are you using as a OBS Studio 'Source' to display the files? Images/Media, Window Capture? Display Capture?
if using Display Capture, then the number of 'files' you 'share' is not relevant to OBS Studio (it doesn't know, keep track, etc)... and the issue entirely at Operating System level
