Question / Help Complete Novice help

All,

I am an absolute novice when it comes to video formats. I am stuck trying to get our church to be able to livestrem via Facebook soon. I have a BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle, using Windows 7, I am able to get OBS to stream to facebook as I see the test screen. However I cannot get our camera feed thru the Intensity to display on OBS. I get the feed thru Media Express, so I know the Shuttle is working. But I cannot find whatever magic setting to get the Intensity to work with OBS. And honestly 95% of the settings in OBS mean nothing to me. I let the software setup everything via defaults when installing it and tried a couple of video setups on the Source tab for the Intensity, but never had any success.
All help is appreciated.

You may need to update Desktop Video and the drivers for your device (Desktop Video should do this). https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/family/capture-and-playback

Thanks, I had updated all my drivers and finally got it going! Great.
More minor bugs to work thru, but progress!
