Question / Help Complete noob to streaming,need help with settings

Hello everyone

I have a relatively old gaming PC

AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE@3.4GHz
4GB DDR2 1066MHz RAM
HD 5770 1 GB

I want to stream CSGO
I play with 1024x768 (my screen is 1680x1050)and i want the stream to be stretched,which resolution do i pick,do i downscale it from something higher,or do i pick the one im playing with?Which bitrate should i use?Audio settings?(Obviously i want the game to be as smooth as possible for others and for everyone to be able so watch it properly)

My ingame fps isnt really a worry since i will be streaming some other mods within the game where i get like 500 fps or so...
