Ok i am having a stutter problem according to friends watching my stream. they say it is stopping then starting etc. My cpu usage sits around 76%-82% usage while playing and streaming. My net speed is 61 download 11 upload. i have a i5 3570k over clocked to 4.3Ghz. I am going through a router if that matters. while having the router i try to view my stream on another computer and all i get from twitch.tv is grey screen. it does not come live. Anyways if anyone can help me with setting this up for a crisp 1080 or 720 stream with relatively no lag in the stream would be nice. i see others that hardly have any lag and i have better net.

Anyways Thanks in advance. here is my log.

Your settings and log seem fine, it might be an issue with Twitch. Maybe try changing your ingest server.

now when i look for another server what should i look to its either a little worse ping or more jitter.

Also shouldnt i be able to see my stream on the same computer without it freezing up in the browser?

Either is fine. If your browser is freezing up your flash player installation is probably bad. If using Chrome, try disabling the pepper flash plugin.

ok re installed the flash player working better now but i still see a bit of audio lag from mouth movements to actually hearing the words. any way to fix that?

I'm watching your stream right now, and it seems to be working perfectly fine. On a side note, you should not be watching your stream on the same computer you're streaming from, because this will almost never work well.

whats the best possible bitrate for 720p streaming?

Is 5000 over kill for bitrate and buffer for 720p. i want the video to be crisp. but now the guy who said my stream was fine earlier says that with another game that is a little more graphic demanding stutters.

You should not go over 4000 for both bitrate and buffer, that's the general guideline.
You have to make a decision if you want more viewers capable of watching the stream or a better stream quality for fewer viewers.

I'd say go as low as 2500 and test it in local recording mode, then go up until you are reasonably satisfied with the quality.

Yes, it will be the same. The only difference is that it's getting written to a file instead of streamed to a server.

welcome to my hell :(
what I think is that twitch fail in broacasting to users in certain cases. Unreleted to speed or computer specs. Problems semms to be related to europe.
200o to 3000 bitrate buffer should do for 720p
if you exceed 4500 bitrate, twitch migh ban you, and honestly, its a waste
