He everyone,
recently I deleted the OBS.app but I still see OBS Virtual Camera in the list.

These commands doesn't help me:
sudo rm -rf /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/obs-mac-virtualcam.plugin
sudo rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/obs-studio/plugins/obs-mac-virtualcam

There are no any folders or files here /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL
There are no any folders or files here /Library/Application\ Support/obs-studio/plugins/obs-mac-virtualcam

I'm using Macos 15.0

I'm running macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 and struggled with the same issue. Here is what worked for me:

After deleting the OBS application, the camera extension will need to be deleted to remove the virtual camera from the list of available cameras. Go to: System Settings > General > Login Items & Extensions >

Look for camera extensions and click the "info" icon. You should see an option to delete the OBS camera extension.
