Obs studio more like a load of BS studio I tryed to film a video for my gaming channel but obs is so laggy that a whole hour of filming was wasted.

You have 2 options:

1) Provide a logfile so any of the support volunteers can offer solutions. The main problem is likely between the keyboard and the seat you use;
2) Demand a refund on what you paid for this free software and try other offerings that fulfill the same role.
