Hey, I just want to ask you guys, if I should buy a new GPU or CPU. Because I want to stream, but my GPU and CPU are quite old and when I stream my FPS in game are fine, but the stream is lagging if I move faster.
My CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955
My GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6850

You pretty much have to replace both tbh though the gpu isnt as bad as your cpu

Replace it all and build yourself a new system. You got gear that is nearly a decade old and won't cut it when streaming and playing games.

Now's a great time to get a new system as AMD is giving Intel a run for their money. Since you got AMD gear, go with the new Ryzen's. Watch four different Ryzen build ideas at different price points to get a sense of what components you will need. You'll need to replace pretty much everything (CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, GPU). Expect to whip out the wallet...

But if I want to stream ans replace my GPU for GTX 1050 is it gonna be a little better?
