Command line for rescaling output resolution

i want commandline for rescale output resolution option from advance settings
so that i can use this in simple settings

here in custom encoder settings, i want my 1080p resolution to be rescale to 720p
any command line?

Are you specifically trying to record at a different resolution that you stream at? Or do you want your stream and recording to be the same resolution? Or are you *only* streaming or *only* recording?

i want to record in 1080p and stream at 720p. i know this can be done in advance settings where i can select rescale output option for 720p.
My question is, is there any command line for rescale output which i can put in custom encoder settings.
