I´m german and young, but i try to write my problem in english, but it´s bad.

Since i have a new videocard(AMD R9 285), some pictures are comical.
Here is a YouTube video captured with OBS:
http://youtu.be/GaOYdv1aQsw

All, what i have tryed:
-disable antivirus
-start obs as admin
-QuickSynch and x264CPU

I hope, you can help me.
Is the videocard defective or unsupported by OBS 0.65?

does this happen in-game as well or just the recording?

I would first try setting your gpu clocks staticly to 900Mhz core click and 1100Mhz Memory clock and see if the issue is still there.

-its just in the recorded video (not ingame)
-i had underclocked the gpu with MSIAfterburner... but its still there

UPDATE:
Its not in all games. In Skyrim i dont have the problem! But in this games is the Sound asynchronous.

try setting your bitrate and buffer to 50000, there is no reason to use higher values. Also, try window capture for (i'm assuming) mincraft. see if that fixes it.

I dont know if it will, just trying to get you to a standard to rule out the oddities.

You can adjust the sounds sync my adjusting global audio offset for game sync issues, and mic audio offset for mic sync issues.

I recorded with window capture >
It works now!, but...
Now at the bottom of the videopictures is a black bar (i cant play in fullscreen, it records blackscreen)
and
people can see my desktop and other programs in a stream:

dont use screen capture, try window capture, they are different. you'll need to run minecraft in a window and not full screen to do this and keep it at the resolution you wish to play at.
