color range completely missing from screen recordings

Hi there i have tried for a few hours by changing ouput format, color format, range, space - EVERYTHING but it omits green on my screen recordings. the strange thing is i can see the green visible on the winows properties preview but not the actual preview(or the recording). Can anyone please help? I've tried updating and resetting and everything.

well thanks harold i'm not sure if your reply is being piped down from a holy mountain somewhere and youve taken time out of your busy schedule to address a mental midget but anyways i gotta thankyou for your backhanded advice! how to remove the chroma key? its not showing up anywhere as even being activated! Also not sure why obs would give the option to save directly to mp4 if it was a terrible idea!

The chroma key filter is added as a filter to the whole scene, not just the source. Right-click the scene and choose filters there.
