This has been happening for a while. When I finish my recording, I either open with Windows Media Player, Movies&TV(Windows 10), or Sony Vegas Pro 15, and see a color glitch. When I scrub to a certain time stamp, a color glitch will appear like this: https://imgur.com/a/zvWJg . The weird thing is though, is this only happens in the very beginning and when I scrub. If I play it normally, there will only be a glitch in the beginning and the rest of the recording is smooth and clear. I don't think it's a Sony Vegas issue, since this glitch occurs on multiple video playing programs on my computer. Thank you for your time.
