Question / Help Color Distortion and Choppy Recordings???

When I record everything on my screen is fine, no chops in fps and no color distortion. After I record the raw video is choppy and freezes often. When I put the file in Sony Vegas before doing anything else the color distortion happens.. Not sure what's up any help would be super helpful.

Better use game capture instead of window capture
