Question / Help Stream Settings

I play mostly FPS games...

Cpu - i7-2600k (Water cooled, so I could overclock, default right now.)
Graphics - Dual Radeon HD 6950 in crossfire
16 GB of generic ram

My internet is as follows..
110 mbps down, 5 mbps up

This is actually sort of what we made the estimator for. (Should just be integrated in to the program at some point)
