Question / Help Cod MW 2019 Low FPS During Streaming

Hello Everyone,
I have low fps problem in stream while streamig CoD MW 2019.
In the game, there is no problem with the fps. Even 1 single fps is not dropping.
I did nearly everything to related with the settings of the OBS and graphics settings of the game but couldn't able to solve.
Can you help me?

My PC specs are:
Ryzen 7 3800x, Asus ROG Strix RTX 2080 Super, 16 gb 3200 mhz ddr4 ram, m2 sata ssd, 12 mbit download, 3.9 mbit upload.

Update to the latest OBS and try running it as admin.

It did not help :( This problem is on with CoD. Ex: I am also streaming Breakpoint but there is no fps drop.
