Question / Help CLR Browser Won't Work

I have a minor problem here I would like some help with. I like to use TNotifier when I stream for donation and follower notifications, but lately I can not get my CLR browser to work. I had to reinstall OBS a while ago to resolve some stream issues, and ever since I did the CLR browser wont work. I can see it in my drop down list, I can create a global source, and I can even enter the URL and other data just fine. But as soon as I put it in my stream it refuses to pop up properly. Almost all solutions I could find required me to install someones repacked version or a .exe file that didn't seem safe to install, so I have tried none of the solutions. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you add the global source to your scene?

And what OBS version (don't say "latest") are you using?

So you're using an older version on top of everything.

Is the source at the top of the source list?
