Question / Help CLR Browser not working for classic?

so i cant seem to open the CLR Browser on classic, i click add CLR Browser the "Enter Name" and then when i click ok nothing happens. i uninstalled obs restarted PC and reinstalled but still no luck. i also downloaded Classic with Browser.. any help on how to fix this?
