Question / Help CLR BROWSER & CLR Plugins

I've a Question that is getting my Brain Crazy!

Why in the World, i See every one with Twitch Allerts ( CLR Browser) and A CountDown Time ( CLR PLugin).

when i Follow the Orders of:
extract to Plugins / CLR Browser folder

soon i DO that and restart the OBS, the CLR Browser Disapear, and if i remove the Plugin, the CLR PLugin disapear.

Resume, i Can't Have Twitch Allerts ( follows,Donations,Subs) and CLR Plugin ( CountDown) Working at the same time.

WHY?????? how can i Fix this?

Aren't the CLR Plugin and Browser the same thing? :P

I use the CLR Browser with Tnotifer and there i nothing i cant do. (Follower/Donation Notification, Counters enz)
