I know every day people create a new thread to asking you if there config works for obs (me too i doubt ><)
PC specs:
CPU > AMD FX 8320e 8 x 3.2 GHz
GPU > Asus ROG Strix Rx 480 8 GB
RAM > 16 GB = 1 Kingston / 2 Crucial Tech / A-Data > DDR3-1600
MothaBoa > Gigabyte GA-970 Gaming (i hate gigabyte)
Internet > Dll > 94.53 mb/s (11.27 mib/s) and Upload > 88.48 mb/s (10.55 mib/s)
Streaming gamu:
Long list is coming: Alan Wake / Alien iso / Alpha protocol / Brutal Legend / Darksiders 1 & 2 / Dex / Dreamfall chapters / The evil within / Koa : Reckoning / Life is Strange & Before the storm / Mad Max / Shadow of mordor (didn't pre-order shadow of war) / Murdered soul suspect / Rage / Remember me / Tomb raider and rise / Stalker 1 to 3 / Saints row 4 / Sleeping meow / Torchlight 2 / Witcha 3 (well i don't know if twitch let people playing with mods (from nexus for example) / MEA
(i'm sorry if the list is long but that can be help you because you will need more infos)
OBSu settings:
Basic ; 2560 x 1080
Scaled : 1920 x 1080
Downscale filter : 16 or 32 samples
FPS : Common 60 (Integer ruins the game when i'm playing)
Output mode > Advanced
For streaming :
- x264 > streaming is lagging (no rescale output ON because i don't need to tell again the resolution scaled)
CBR / 2500 or 3500 / 2 / veryfast / main / none
- H264/AVC encoder
No preset / Balanced / CBR / disabled / 3500 / (filler data) Enabled / 2.00 / basic view
No warning problem from OBS but steaming's quality is so EW

Also i sign up for Twitchy partnership (i'm waiting like job interview), the quality is lock to auto or source 1080p 60 fps
I do some test with twitch inspector 3500 to 8000 for bitrate (i have some drops at high bitrate)
other infos > 128 audio bitrate (i can do 160)
Sample rate 44.1 or 48 Hz i can do both
So my questions are:
1 > Should i continue to config with the cpu to streaming or keep the way with my GPU ?
2 > 1080p 60 fps yes but bad quality What is wrong ? is it my pc spec or i'm missing something ?
