Bug Report Clipping Audio Crackle on Hold-to-Mute

Hey, I've been using hold-to-mute for a while, and had an issue with it crop up. I've had to deal with a severe cough lately, and any time I cough (almost definitely clipping the input audio) while the hold-to-mute is on, apparently there's a very audible crackle coming through. When using a toggle-mute, it does not occur. It appears that a clipping source will override hold-to-mute, as if hold-to-mute was just a momentary high ratio compressor, but the clipping peaks were still leaking through. This did not occur with OBS 24.0.3.

I've also noted a large number of random clipping events since upgrading to 25.0.1. Was something changed in the audio system? I also had a sample rate issue (prior thread) so it seems something in the update may have monkeyed around with the audio.

Here's a sample clip of the issue occurring, logfile shows no abnormalities (can provide if needed, but there's really nothing there).

I'm running 25 on my older PC & giving it a good test but I rolled back to 24.0.3 on my newer PC since it is rock solid.
