Clicking Sound

I am a total newbie. My very first recording has a continuous clicking sound in the background. Any tips?

Hi, do you use an external microphone? If you want to avoid annyoing sounds you don't want to record I can totally recommend. Which language do you speak? I bought the Eivotor Microphone, have you heard of it? But there are several other good mics.
