Question / Help Cleaner Image Quality

i record my minecraft at 1080p (tried 60 and 30 fps).
my monitor is 1080p 60hz refresh rate.
but for some reason, when it's not a framed shot (meaning walking across plains, scanning horizon) the image isn't as sharp as it is for some other minecraft youtubers who also use OBS at the same 1080p 30/60hz.
what gives? what would cause this?

see how muddy the grass is in this video? (start it at 3:20)
this is the same in the raw file before editing.
i've tried bicubic and Lanczos

Your advanced mode settings are no where near equal to your simple mode settings.

Change your output mode in settings - output back to simple.
And change the recording format to FLV or MKV.

After that try another recording, and do NOT base your quality on what comes out of youtube.
