Question / Help CINTIQ NOT SHOWING AS DISPLAY OPTION

Hi all,
I am new to using OBS and I am running my PC on Windows 10 Pro. I have a problem when using OBS and trying to stream my Cintiq display instead of the main computer monitor. Basically when I try to search or add my cintiq in to a "scene" it doesn't show up as a display option.
Anyway to rectify this?
