Right-click your source, go to Filters, Add a filter, choose Chromakey as the filter to add.

Set a filter on a scene object
Select one of the objects in your scene list like a camera then right-click and select filters at the bottom of the popup menu
In the Filters window, click the "+" in the Effects Filters at the left bottom then click Chroma Key and name it
The filter setting will then show on the lower right
