Chromakey not working

I am running OBS 30 under Window 11 running in a Virtual Machine. So far just about everything is working just fine. But I want to implement a transparent white board so I can highlight things I am discussing. However the Chromekey filter doesn't seem to be working. It works fine in my Linux version, but not in the Windows 11 version.
Any help appreciated.

Well, it seems the problem is not Chroma Key. It seems to be a problem with the Window Capture. So I will close this post and start a new one.
