Question / Help Chroma Key stops working in same lighting

Ok as the title suggests I have an issue with the Chroma Key webcam filter for OBS Studio v. 20.1.3 on Windows 7 home premium using HP TrueVision HD as my webcam. The problem is when I set it up and the background, not me, is removed. I change no settings to the filter and no adjustment is made to lighting set up, but for some reason it wont remove my background forcing me to make adjustments until it will again. This wastes my time tremendously!
Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (64 bit)
AMD A4-3305M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.80 Ghz
8 GB Ram (7.48 usable)
HP TrueVision HD Intergrated Webcam
Current Settings of Cam (worked before I rebooted my pc and double checked to make sure it didn't default):
Video Proc Amp tab
Brightness 127
Contrast 35
Hue 0
Saturation 50
Sharpness 2
Gamma 299
White Balance 2800 and autobox is unchecked (checking it makes my green screen yellowish)
Backlight Comp 0
Gain 100
Powerline Frequency 60 hz
Camera Control Tab
Exposure -2 and the Auto box is checked.
low light compensation checkbox unchecked

I am unsure if a log file is appropriate, will include if needed.

Not clear. Is your cam settings goes to default (Video Proc Amp tab etc.)? Or your filter settings inside OBS Studio didn't save any changes (Key Color Spill Reduction etc.)?

Filter settings saved changes, its like OBS decides that the settings are not correct hours late or something. Now I'm getting a severe lag of fps in game when I record with no change to anything and I have only the game and obs running. I don't even have explorer.exe running! This v20 is unstable in my opinion. Also I figured out the reason why I have a grainy webcam picture. Your software does not have a noise reduction filter. I wish it did. People complain on YouTube that my webcam looks bad and I know its not bad. It works perfectly in it's native software. It's OBS that can't handle it.

The gamma of 299 means that you cam has poor lighting. The best solution - is to buy 2 bulb lamps and install it to both sides of your main screen (dimmed lamp not a case because of possible flickering).

By now (20.1.3) OBS Studio lacks noise reduction filters for video, because main source is digital video, that already pre-processed by hardware.

Chroma Key for me is a very delicate setup.

Some tips:
- Try to stream/record in a dark room with no background, side or overhead lights
- If there are windows, cover them up to not let the light shine through
- Use two light sources of equal luminance
- Pivoting 600W photography light lamps work good
- Use a green screen with adjustable metal framed stand to drape muslin along with clips to stretch out kinks
- Use a steam iron or a water spray gun on muslin to get the kinks out
- You can also use a green screen oval backdrop with a clip stand too (more mobile and convenient)

For the Chroma Key filter, all I do is tweak the Similarity setting. The Smoothness, Key Color, and Opacity don't seem to have any effect for me. A +/- 15 difference in Similarity setting is like night and day. It can make it look very noisy or pretty good. That is how delicate it is. for me. Its even way worse with crappy lighting.

Get your lighting setup right first, then tweak.

Well I'm now having more of a OBS Studio worked with a certain game flawlessly before and now with neither game or OBS Studio updated and I didn't update or add hardware or new software it lags and goes into encoder overload.
