Chroma Key Removes ME - Not the Background

I've had OBS for a long time... lots of presets and I know my way around filters.
After the latest update, chroma key removes ME instead of the background (same scene previously worked fine for over 2 years)
Any ideas?

I read the link... is a "hot fix" something that I have to manuallly download, or will it automatically offer the fix to me when it's available?
 
What a joke, you guys knew about it since April 7th (even said RC fix on the 8th). Still not pushed even though said fixed 5 days ago.
