Question / Help Chroma Key Picture.

I've made a nice little frame for my webcam in paint. But it has a grayish border (my choice). But is there any way I can chroma key that color out of that image through OBS, it's possible in Xsplit, so I was wondering if this feature is available here.
 
The better solution is to make the border a PNG with alpha transparency. Using chroma key to do this would be a hacky workaround and I don't recommend at all, especially since you have the original source file of the image.

But chroma key for images will be coming in the new version of OBS. I don't think it's in 473 test 11 though.

Is this achievable through paint? I'm poor as, HRM, and can't afford to get either photoshop or paint shop pro

Can anyone help me do this?? I really dont have space for a green screen but would like to see if I can chroma key a image but I have no clue where to start or what settings to mess with.
 
I don't think this is what you're looking for. If you want to have the effect of you being in front of a green screen, you have to actually have a greenscreen, You can't fake it with a green image that you then chroma key out.

Also this thread is almost 2 years old. Please don't necro unnecessarily.
