Question / Help Chroma key issue

Alright so I've been using Open Broadcaster software for a long time now. I just started to set up a webcam and start streaming on twitch. I got everything set-up including a microphone, twitch alerts and various plugins for twitch. But now I get a weird Chroma key issue. Random dots are appearing around my video. I thought it was something with my webcam but it really wasn't. I think that the webcam has some sort of chroma key even though I turned off the chroma key feature. I'll show a screenshot now.

There's probably an easy fix to this and I'm dumb, or my webcam is bad. Would appreciate some help!

I'd put money on 'webcam is bad' if you have the chromakey box unchecked. Looks like garbage-pixels being sent by the hardware, but it's difficult to see with the screenshot being that small, and nothing behind the cam layer to determine if the pixels are transparent (somehow) or just black (much more likely).

Strongly recommend the Logitech c920 if you're looking to pick up a new cam. Goes on sale regularly on Amazon, and it's the gold-standard for livestreamers until you hit the HDMI video camera+capture card level.
