Hello,
i've tried to record some videos from game but unfortunately my recorded videos looks like... *bad*.
It's choppy or looks like it wouldnt be recorded in 60fps but just like under 30.
Here is file from obs:
https://gist.github.com/a27157f0e695ccafae7e0b4dccd3f686

Video here has ~25mins. And first 10mins are extremely choppy but the rest are ok.
I've tried "Simple output", High quality, Indisting. quality. In "Advanced" i've tried CBR and CQP (few times each option).
And one video is great, another time it's horrible. (recorded on same option) [for example CBR 16000: 1 video 15mins is ok, 2 video is horrible, 3 video is 50:50].

I've no idea what's going on. I've tried to record videos on 2 different HDD and even SSD. Im out of ideas what mind cause the problem.

First, you're on an old version of OBS, you should update.

Second, use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output when in Simple output mode. In the recording section, change the Recording Quality to Indistinguishable Quality, and then select your encoder (NVENC would probably work well for you).

I've tried to use NVENC too but nothing changed at all. I don't know what is going on with it. Before PC upgrade i was using i5 2400 and everything was alright.

Get a clean log of a recording with NVENC on the indistinguishable quality preset.

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
