Question / Help Choppy video when recording with AMD RX 580

Hello. I recently updated my GPU from one RX 580 to another 580. In the same time I reinstalled my windows. Now when I start recording with OBS, video files is really choppy and with lower quality. Before changing GPU and reinstalling system, I have no problems with 1080p 60fps recordings with really good quality. I haven't saved my OBS settings before reinstalling system, so I don't know how exactly set it up now. Can you please help me?
