Choppy video when recording from my Canon Camcorder to PC

Adjust audio device samplings rates to be the same
Why are you capturing at 60fps? on a WAY under-powered system. And set you canvas and output to match the video resolution you are capturing. And is that camcorder older and using interlaced vs progressive video output?

This is an 8mm Canon ES7000V Video Camcorder. Its Old but this is all I have to convert my film into digital platform. Is my system under powered and that's why its choppy?
