Question / Help Choppy twitch stream

I've tried a ton of things and nothing can stop it from being choppy. help

- Downscale to 720p or lower, put your FPS back at 30
- Lower your webcam resolution
- Enable vsync or some other form of frame limiter
- Get a discrete GPU. Your onboard HD4600 is junk for gaming and streaming simultaneously.

need a new power supply for that but thats probably the biggest fix isn't it

just the stock one. i think its 300W. i think i'm gonna need a 500
