Choppy/Stuttering Stream

Got my new PC today for streaming, but experiencing some issues with my stream freezing/being choppy and very hard to watch. I upped my settings to 120fps and 1080p for output resolution. That's basically the only changes I've made (that I've realized atleast).

Specs:
RTX 3080ti (I stream on my gpu)
i9 12900KF
32GB Gskill Trident Ram

Had no problems on my old computer (lower settings on old pc), so if anyone could help me I would appreciate it!

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
