Question / Help Choppy Stream

I am still in the very beginning stages of setting up my stream. The viewers are saying the quality is good but extremely "choppy". I have been tweaking the settings all day. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your log is incomplete, but it looks OK. Do you have a VOD? If the VOD looks fine the problem is on your viewers / Twitch's end.
