Question / Help Choppy stream

[Wrathborne]

No matter what settings I tried stream is choppy (ingame it's fine).

PC SPECS:
Intel Core i-5 4430
GeForce GT220
4GB Ram

Is this setup too slow for streaming? My friend told me this graphic card is bad, but I just can't get new one now.

I don't actually know what else information you need, so just let me know if there's something else I can post.

For us to be able to help, we need to have a log file if possible.

The graphics card however is terrible. One of the worst possible cards you could get for streaming.
