AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.40 Ghz
16 GB Ram
Windows 10 64bit
Radeon RX 570 8GB Graphics.

Streaming PC
MSI B85-G43 Gaming
Intel Core i5-45900 3.30Ghz
16GB Ram
Windows 10 64bit
NVIDIA GTX 1050

I Use the New NVENC Encoder and have tried going up to 10000 bitrate with CBR on OBS

This is the Log File on my Last 2 test Streams
https://obsproject.com/logs/NZVQ939pnndsnSlQ

The Stream has excellent Quality as long as i stand still and when i start moving around quality goes down the drain.. Have tried every posible option i found on the next. Every Setting Change i could try. Tried Stream from my Gaming PC yet its the Same..

What else should i do???

Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 3091 (22.4%)
seems like your internet connection cant handle your bitrate

Your problem might be this:

14:16:55.599: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Interface: Killer E2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (ethernet, 1000 mbps)

Remove any Killer software and install only the drivers.

Hi,
I Installed a Fresh copy of windows 10 on the streaming PC and reinstalled all the drivers. Made sure i installed only the Drivers for Killer E2200 Gigabite Ethernet Controller.. From killernetworking.com and Follwed everything they Suggested on the Site.. Unfortunately Still the Same Issue..

Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 840 (31.0%)
again something is wrong with your connection LAN/ISP etc...

13:25:08.298: bitrate: 10000
13:26:39.645: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 840 (31.0%)

Lower your bitrate. You should be able to stream successfully around 6000. Set it low enough that all the frame drops stop, then try increasing by steps until the frame drops return, then back off.

The problem is still there, but much less.

I know you're streaming to YouTube and not Twitch, but it may be worth running TwitchTest just to see what it thinks about the quality of your network connection.
