Question / Help Choppy stream with 10mbps upload speed

Your internet isn't lagging. Your laptop is. I would try adjusting your settings. Take a look at CPU Usage Preset in "Output" and make sure it's set to Very Fast. That should fix it. If not, then you might have to cast at 30fps instead. The laptops processor, i7 6700HQ, isn't as fast as an i7 6700k desktop processor so it can only take so much.

@Joe33345 rendering lag means the GPU caused the frame drops encoding lag would be the CPU.

Try turning on vsync in game at 60hz or cap your framerate to 60. Also make sure before you cap you are getting significantly above 60fps. If you don't cap then your GPU is being probably being used 100% running the game if you cap it will lower the load and free up some GPU to do the video encoding.
