Question / Help Choppy Stream (Never used to happen)

I used to run OBS all of the time on the setting I am using now. I ended up in a situation where I couldn't use it for 2 months (living issues) and now I come back to it and its suddenly become _very_ choppy. Music is fine, video still lines up with audio, but choppy stream :3
