Question / Help Choppy Stream, Game Fine

Hey everyone,

Before it's said, I have googled the issue and read through the similar threads but they've not helped. Plainly, my stream is having some lag/choppiness despite the game being smooth. I was also getting the UI flickering issue but fixed that.

VOD while trying to troubleshoot, notice the glittering effects and winds choppy among other things.
I've tried lowering the bitrate, lowering game settings, cpu settings as well
My specs:
i7-4790k
1070 Turbo
16gb RAM

Streaming at 720p60
Internet: 170down 11up

Same here, although my stream usually begins with smooth footage for some minutes and then every once in a while I get stuttering footage for 3-4minutes.

Your Log is only showing the settings, not the stream (you should have another log file with a similar time stamp in your log folder, where the number of encoded frames is shown).

Hey, I can't upload because of some site error but of the two times I stopped the stream when I had warhammer on it first lagged 10% of frames and the second time 40%

Lagged Frames usually appear when there is a CPU or GPU bottleneck (which in my case is not present...I don't have stalled/lagged frames, but still stuttering video occasionally).
You could monitor the CPU and GPU usage while streaming (for example with HWMonitor). Maybe your GPU hits 99% usage or the CPU hits >80% usage. Both can cause lagged frames.

That's the thing I am monitoring those, CPU doesn't get above 70 and GPU doesn't get above 80 and those are peak not average
