Try setting this to 700. Other than that, your logs show nothing wrong. Does it show up in your VODs? If so, link one where the problem is evident.

Above is my log files. My stream is choppy for like a 1 second every 10 seconds or so? Any help is very much valued.

Thats called buffering. btw, you watching your own stream is not an accurate representative of what your viewers will see. have one of them check out your stream over skype or just go with the majority.
