Question / Help Choppy Recordings

So I was recording some Titanfall 2, tryna show it off for a friend who seems interested in it, and when I went to playback the recording to look over it, I saw that it was very choppy, like maybe 4 or 5 frames a second, when I recorded in 60fps.
