Hey, trying to record some game play of CSGO not able to maintain good recordings. Set my recording framerate to 60 FPS but really choppy and laggy.

i7-4970k (4.6 GHz)
Nvidia 980ti
16GB DDR3 Ram
144hz monitor
Could it be the issue of my refresh rate on my monitor? Haven't had this problem before upgrading hardware.
