Question / Help Choppy recordings.

Trying to record locally is bringing up sound perfectly, but the video is jumpy. Streaming through twitch is perfectly fine but I've had a look through the forums for settings and none have solved my problem. Any help that will solve my problem would be greatly appreciated!

Your CPU is really bad. You should downscale even more, probably by at least 1.75 or 2.00. You'll probably also want to downscale your webcam resolution to something smaller than 720p.
