Question / Help Choppy recordings even though my game is not lagging

Anyone who happens to be reading this please respond as fast as you can.

PS: I do not think that my computer is holding back obs.

Yeah, looks like your video card is in the wrong slot.

It is, when I was building my computer I accidentally ripped the first pci-e slot out of my motherboard so it is forced to be on the second slot.

Then you screwed yourself over completely. The first slot needs to be the one you use. The other slots don't operate in x16 mode, which is basically required.

I am getting a new motherboard soon so I am not completely screwed
